DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a professional services environment. Reporting to the UK EA Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner to up to three Partners, enabling productivity, decision-making, and seamless day-to-day operations.
This role suits someone confident, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity with discretion and professionalism.
What You Will Do:
- Provide end-to-end executive-level administrative support to assigned Partners
- Manage complex diaries, emails, and competing priorities across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Support client and business development activities, including CRM updates and meeting coordination
- Prepare expenses, timesheets, and support contract and compliance workflows
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities)
- Act as a reliable partner to stakeholders and clients, representing the firm professionally
- Support team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and short-term cover when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
- Experience in Professional Services is a strong plus
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Fluency in a second language such as Italian, French, Swedish, German or Dutch is a strong advantage;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
