Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
- Welcome and guide guests through their spa journey, ensuring a warm, attentive, and personalized experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tranquility throughout all spa areas.
- Recommend treatments and wellness products with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the spa team to achieve high guest satisfaction and uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards.
The Spa Manager leads the spa and wellness department with a focus on exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a refined sense of luxury. This role combines strong leadership, deep knowledge of spa therapies, and the ability to create a serene, high‑end environment that reflects the standards of a world‑class hotel.

Requirements:
