DESCRIPTION
German-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Hours: Part-Time (20 hrs/week, MonFri)
Pay: 15/hour + performance bonuses

About the Role
Join TalentWorldGroup, a people-first multilingual contact center, as a German-speaking SDR supporting a top client in the vacation rental industry. This is a pre-sales role focused on lead qualification not closing deals.
Your Responsibilities
Cold call and follow up with vacation rental homeowners in Germany
Handle inbound/outbound leads
Qualify leads based on client criteria
Assign qualified prospects to Sales Managers
Maintain records in Pipedrive CRM
Participate in KPI reviews and improvement meetings
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring
Fluent German + strong English
Cold calling or SDR experience
Familiarity with CRMs (Aircall, Pipedrive preferred)
Organized, persuasive, goal-driven
Schedule (CET)
Morning: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 12:00
Afternoon: Monday to Thursday, 16:00 to 18:30
Training start: beginning of April (tentative)
Tech Setup:
Wired internet + USB headset
Windows 11+ or macOS 13+
Minimum 1.8GHz processor, 8GB RAM
