We’re currently looking for an Online Retail Consultant with fluent Italian and English for one of our top clients—a global provider of customer experience technologies and outsourcing services. What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly voice and helpful hand responding to customers, sellers, and creators.
Solve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.
Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalate cases where needed.
Identify patterns and propose improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.
Build trust and long-term relationships with sellers on the platform.
Support compliance and participate in special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
Previous customer support experience (bonus points for e-commerce or digital platforms!).
A strong problem-solver with keen analytical and troubleshooting skills.
A true team player—collaborative, communicative, and driven to help.
Detail-oriented and proactive about improving processes.
Confident and flexible in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
