Position: Poly Sales Specialist (English, Czech/Polish)
This role is a fantastic stepping stone for anyone looking to excel in B2B sales with a global IT giant. You'll be part of a vibrant team, working closely with business partners, ensuring every day is diverse and engaging, far from the ordinary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to expand Poly business in Central and Eastern European markets.
- Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for teams on Poly-related queries, sharing insights and updates directly from Poly.
- Negotiation & Pricing: Assist in special pricing deals, negotiating competitive prices to close deals successfully.
- Product Expertise: Deliver compelling product presentations to customers, demonstrating deep product knowledge and effective communication.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present weekly business development reports to management.
- Participate in Market Development: Offer valuable insights during market development activities and manage promotional requests.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record in KPIs and sales achievements.
- Driven & Competitive: A winning attitude and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and either Czech or Polish.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with the IT market.
- Adaptable & Collaborative: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and function well within a team.
