For one of our clients, а leading specialized dental clinic with a team of international experts

in dental surgery, we are looking for a Front Office Assistant with German and English.

Responsibilities:

*Welcome and support patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression;

*Coordinate appointments, payments, and guide patients through clinic processes with clarity and care;

*Work closely with medical, sales teams, and external partners to ensure seamless patient experience;

*Provide high-level customer service and continuous support throughout the patient journey;

*Manage schedules, updates, cancellations, and system records accurately and in real time;

*Organize patient logistics, including transfers, special requests, and personalized assistance

for VIP, elderly, and special-needs patients.

Qualifications:

*Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or a similar customer-facing role;

*Fluent in Bulgarian (mandatory), with very good spoken German and English;

*Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and empathetic approach;

*Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities;

*Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic, shift-based clinical environment;

*Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
