About the role:
As a Content Moderator you will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual team and will work alongside other internal teams, for a leading online multinational company, to respond to requests and assist in the success of this project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with business, predominantly via outbound phone calls, to verify their information and update client platforms as appropriate,
- Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements,
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data,
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets,
- Adhere to process norms and structure.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and Dutch language (min. C1),
- General country specific knowledge for the country you will support,
- Eligibility to work in Ireland,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment,
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
