DESCRIPTION
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
- Collaborate closely with client to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
- Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
- Research and build new and existing accounts
- Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
- Explain client’s products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to deal closure
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
- Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Swedish and strong command of English
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Minimum 1 year experience working with cloud-related projects combined with B2B sales
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
- History of quota over-achievement
- Analytical mindset, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized with strong pipeline, time management, and prioritization skills
- Experience working in sales environment and IT outbound sales prospecting is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is desirable
- Proven success in generating leads and presenting sales pitches
- Understanding of local market and business environment
