Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: C2 level of French with good English skills.
- 18 months sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.
- CRM Experience: working knowledge with CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: effective communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, foster collaboration, and build strong relationships.
- Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
- Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.
