Automotive Technical Support Specialist (French + English)
Lisbon | Hybrid | Leading International Automotive Company
Are you passionate about cars, technology, and helping others? Do you have hands-on workshop experience and speak fluent French and English?

Your mission:
- Be the first point of contact for European customers, delivering outstanding technical support;
- Diagnose and resolve issues with light and heavy vehicles from various brands;
- Log and track all incidents in the internal system;
- Follow defined processes and collaborate with international teams;
- Contribute to the technical knowledge base and FAQs;
- Ensure clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers and colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for:
- Technical education in mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or equivalent;
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment;
- Fluency in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2);
- Strong diagnostic skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Team player with a genuine desire to support customers, even in challenging situations;
- Basic IT knowledge is a plus;
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
