Your day to day:
  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
  • Understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build trustful relationships through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Record customer interactions and manage customer accounts
  • Follow company communication guidelines and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
  • You speak German at a native or near-native level
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a customer advisor is a plus
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong computer literacy and fast comprehension of digital tools
  • Team-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitude
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good MS Office skills are a plus (optional)
