Dutch Customer Service Representative – Work from Home in Bulgaria!

Earn €1,687.27 gross/month + Performance Bonus

Signing Bonus: €2000 paid in 12 installments (500+300+300+100 x remaining 9 months)

Your role

Support Dutch-speaking customers via inbound phone calls.

Troubleshoot health-related devices and provide technical assistance.

Guide customers through product features and solutions.

Arrange repairs or replacements when necessary.

Deliver outstanding customer service while accurately documenting every interaction.

What we're looking for

High school diploma

Customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not essential

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
