Tasks
The Training and Quality Agent is responsible for monitoring and communicating the quality results in service delivery. As part of their role, the Training and Quality Agent will provide reports, feedback, and training to other members of the Germany Service Delivery team.
- Training: Initial training for new employees, tracking their development during the first two months, assisting with complex cases, and providing personalized training based on data quality reports. Additionally, you will organize refresher training and keep training materials up to date.
- Quality: Daily monitoring of data quality, creating statistics on errors and correcting them. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and communicate them to Germany.
- Supervision: Support with basic and essential tasks as defined by the supervisor during their absence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mandatory a native/bilingüal level of spoken and written German
- Very good command of Spanish and/or English
- Necessary previous experience in Quality, Training, or similar roles
- Knowledge of MS Office advanced and used to working with e-mail and Internet.
- Dynamic person with initiative.
- Customer service orientation.
- Capacity for communication and synthesis.
- Organized, responsible and results-oriented.
- Available to start working immediately in Barcelona.
