Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.
As part of the Belgian Telesales/Customer service department your main tasks will be the following:
- You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
- Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
- Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it's done.
- We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.
REQUIREMENTS
You are the perfect match if:
- you are native in French and Dutch (Flemish)
- you have at least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
- you have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
