What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different in this fast-paced and social environment. You’ll:
???? Be the voice of the brand
Support customers mainly via LiveChat (70%), as well as email and phone.
???? Help customers enjoy a smooth gaming experience
Guide players through our services across desktop and mobile platforms.
???? Solve problems and provide solutions
Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers leave every conversation satisfied.
???? Be part of a supportive international team
Collaborate with colleagues and help maintain a positive team atmosphere.
???? Contribute ideas and improvements
Share insights that help improve customer support and the overall player experience.
???? Work with other departments
Coordinate with teams such as Player Safety, Responsible Gambling, and CRM to ensure a safe and responsible environment.
???? Represent the customer internally
Provide feedback on player experiences to help improve our products and services.

REQUIREMENTS
