DESCRIPTION
- Manage a team of 3–5 BDRs, driving performance through 1:1 coaching, training, and structured development plans
- Personally deliver 20–25 high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month while setting the standard for outbound execution
- Own and report on KPIs across SQL volume, response rates, and conversion efficiency
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success on outreach strategies and lead feedback
- Lead weekly performance reviews, standups, and retrospectives to ensure accountability and clarity
- Optimize outbound workflows, evolve sales playbooks, and maintain excellence in process and tools
- Oversee and improve use of sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot)
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members, contributing to team expansion
- Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales)
- Prior experience leading or coaching sales teams
- German language proficiency (C1+ level or native)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of outbound strategy, prospecting via email and phone
- Hands-on experience with modern sales automation tools
- Familiarity with signal-based prospecting or automated lead sourcing (a plus)
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in startups, sales agencies, or SDR-as-a-Service environments (a plus)
