We’re Venuu – an online marketplace startup shaking up the way people celebrate life’s special moments. Every month, over 400,000 people use our platform to discover the perfect venues for parties, meetings, and events. Born in Finland, now operational in five countries – and we're just getting started! ????
We’re now looking for a Swedish-speaking B2B Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our small team in Barcelona. This role is all about bringing new venues on board from across Sweden. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from the first call to onboarding partners and setting them up for success on our platform. It’s a hands-on position with plenty of ownership.
This is a mid-level role, so we’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management – ideally in a B2B setting such as SaaS, e-commerce, hospitality tech, or another digital platform.
If working for a small, agile, and fast-moving growth company with high ambitions and a flat Nordic culture is what you’re looking for, this is your opportunity. You’ll have real ownership, see the impact of your work every day, and play a key role in driving Venuu’s success in Sweden – and beyond.
Sound like something you've been looking for? If yes, keep reading!
What You’ll Be Doing
???? End-to-end sales: Identify new venue prospects (you’ll be looking for party rooms, hotels, bars, restaurants, mansions…), reach out via email and phone, negotiate deals, and get them signed up – it’s all on you and there’s no one to delegate any tasks to.
???? Onboarding & content creation: Set up new partners' accounts on the platform, create high-quality listings, and showcase their venues in the best light.
???? Product demos: Walk new partners through our platform, showing them how to use all the cool features to maximize their bookings and grow their business.
???? Pipeline management: Track all stages of your sales funnel and keep deals warm from start to finish.
???? Hitting Targets: Consistently work towards individual monthly and quarterly goals for sales calls, closed deals, and fast, high-quality onboarding.
???? Use data: Use data to identify opportunities in key cities, leverage insights to persuade venues to join Venuu, and offer tailored solutions to boost their success.
???? Collaboration: Work side-by-side with your supervisor and the rest of the team to crush shared goals.
