Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (Serbian & English)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: €1,280 gross per month
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating a safer online environment? Join our team as a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist and help ensure that online communities remain safe and compliant by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing platform policies.
What You'll Do
Review user-generated content in a back-office environment, including text, images, videos, and other materials that may contain sensitive or disturbing content.
Evaluate content against established policies and guidelines.
Take appropriate action on content that violates platform standards or poses potential risks.
Accurately document decisions and provide clear reasoning when required.
Stay up to date with internal policies and procedural changes.
Identify trends and behavioral patterns to proactively detect fraud, spam, abuse, or other harmful activities.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Serbian (written and spoken).
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in content moderation, fraud investigation, spam detection, or risk analysis is an advantage but not required.
