Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

What We’re Looking For

- Be fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Have prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Show strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with website building tools or content management systems is a plus.
- Hold a valid EU passport (mandatory).
