The Role & Its Responsibilities
Your mission is to build the high-converting assets that fuel the growth.
Ad Creative Design: Design visual assets for digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Video Production: Produce and edit engaging video content that stops the scroll.
Web & Landing Pages: Design high-converting landing page layouts and web elements.
Conversion-First Visuals: Create marketing visuals designed specifically to drive actions.
Brand Development: Contribute to the development of creative concepts and brand identities for new and existing clients.
REQUIREMENTS
The Must-Haves
Languages: Native French (or C1) and a B2 level in English.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
Design Toolkit: High proficiency in Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Video Skills: Proven ability to use video-making and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut for high-speed social edits).
Web Knowledge: Experience in web design with a focus on UI/UX and practical knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS/builders).
