Workster is partnering with an innovative e-mobility company on a mission to make sustainable transport accessible to everyone. We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center, located in Berlin, where e-bikes are brought back to life with care, precision, and top-tier tools.

As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You’ll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes.
- Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.
- Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior Mechanic).
- Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.
- Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (C1), German is a plus
