Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Porto, Portugal

We’re looking for motivated Dutch-speaking professionals to join a growing customer service team supporting drivers and transport companies across the Netherlands. You’ll work in an international environment while living in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, transport companies, and logistics partners. Your role is to provide clear answers, practical solutions, and professional support through phone and email.
Your daily work will include:
• Assisting drivers and logistics companies with road-related questions across the Netherlands
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Supporting revenue and debt collection processes
• Promoting additional services when relevant
• Ensuring high-quality, customer-focused communication
Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in keeping transport operations running smoothly.

What We Offer
Salary Options:
• €1,509 gross per month
or
• €1,250 gross per month + private room in a shared apartment for the duration of your contract

Training & Onboarding
Your journey starts with a 15-day training program (8 hours per day), where you’ll gain everything you need to succeed:
• Integration into the team
• Training on internal systems and tools
• In-depth product and service knowledge
• Customer communication training (phone, email, chat)
• Supervised on-the-job practice
The training period is compensated proportionally. After successfully completing training, you’ll sign your official employment contract.

Working Schedule
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
• Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
Flexibility is important, as the role operates around the clock.

• Open to working rotational shifts
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivation and a positive attitude matter just as much.
