Are you a Czech or Slovak speaker looking for an international career opportunity in Greece?

We are currently looking for Czech/Slovak-speaking Customer Service Associates to join an international travel project in Athens, Greece.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in an international environment. You will support customers throughout their travel experience and help make their journey as smooth as possible.

The role
As a Travel Customer Service Associate, you will:
• Assist customers with travel-related questions and requests
• Handle incoming customer communication and provide professional support
• Research and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Help customers with bookings, accommodation, and other travel-related matters
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout every interaction

What we are looking for
• Fluent or native-level Czech or Slovak
• Good level of English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Athens, Greece
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
