Your Next Career Opportunity

As a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will play a key role in assisting customers via chat and email. You will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, empathetic, and professional support.
This is a non-voice project, with communication only with chat and email. 
REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Do
  • Handle customer inquiries mainly via chat and email
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow communication guidelines and internal processes
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases while keeping customers informed
  • Work efficiently across multiple systems
Your Profile
  • German at native level (C1–C2) and English at least B2
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and technical understanding
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
