Are you a native German speaker with strong English skills looking for a new adventure in a beautiful seaside city?

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them mainly through chat and email (with minimal voice calls).
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email (minimal voice calls)
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Follow company communication guidelines and procedures
- Escalate complex cases when necessary while keeping the customer informed
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring
- Native level German (C2)
- Good English (B2)
- Strong written communication skills
- Good computer literacy and ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
- Previous customer support or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Varna
- Interest in sports or iGaming is an advantage
