About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will support them via chat, email, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will work from our modern Varna office, designed for collaboration, growth, and comfort.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries mainly via chat and email
Document all interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system
