Are you fluent in Irish and English and looking for an international opportunity in Bulgaria? Our client is looking for motivated professionals to join their customer support team, working with products and services from one of the world’s biggest search engines.
No previous technical background is required — full training is provided!
Your responsibilities
Provide professional support for products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Assist customers through phone, email and chat
Resolve customer enquiries within agreed SLAs, following established procedures and knowledge bases
Use CRM, ticketing and other customer service tools effectively
Meet performance targets related to handling time, first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices
Participate in ongoing training and keep your product knowledge up to date
You don't need previous experience in tech. We're looking for people who are enthusiastic, customer-focused and eager to learn. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll receive everything you need to succeed in the role.
