Locatie: Griekenland (remote mogelijk, ook vanaf de eilanden)
Startdatum: Meerdere startdata in juni en juli
Uren: Fulltime of parttime
Salaris: €1.442 – €1.666 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van het project) + prestatiebonus
Voor een Belgische telecomprovider zoeken wij Nederlandstalige klantenservicemedewerkers die al in Griekenland wonen. Je helpt klanten via telefoon, e-mail of chat met vragen over facturatie, contracten, technische ondersteuning en andere diensten. Je begint met een betaalde training en groeit daarna door naar een breder takenpakket.
REQUIREMENTS
- Vloeiend in Nederlands (spreken en schrijven)
- In het bezit van geldige werkdocumenten voor Griekenland
- Klantgericht, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
