Japanese camera technology products, from high-end cameras to smart printers and advanced scanning equipment.
Customer Care Agents (CCA)support business to consumer products or
The main products supported are printers and cameras, in total support
and troubleshooting is done for over multiple products/services.
The support is divided into 2 LOBs, Customer Care and Technical Support.
CCAs support all channels and both LOBs and can be working on other than
their native language with the support of a translation tool (written channels
only). CCAs also perform back office tasks and use cross- and upselling.
They handle 9-10 tools and Issues they cannot solve are escalated to the

Work Model
Work-from-home model with 4–5 days/month in the office
Initial training and onboarding are on-site in Athens
No weekend shifts — working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–21:00
REQUIREMENTS
A good eye for understanding fashion, food and photography. To be able to relate to Italian camera users.
Assist users with printer and camera installation, error codes, and technical issues
Offer pre-sales support by helping customers choose the best product for their needs
Process repair requests and escalate unresolved issues
Use internal systems and translation tools for written communication if needed
Perform light back-office tasks and offer cross- and upsell support when appropriate
Fluent Italian (C2) and confident English (B2)
Customer focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with Windows & Mac OS environments
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
No prior experience required – full training is provided

3-month learning curve with hands-on support
Option to borrow Canon cameras for weekend product training
Upskill training in sales once fully productive
