Location: Paris (100% On-Site) + Onboarding in Vienna
Project: Localizing next-gen AI communication tech
Salary Range: €65,000–€85,000 + Equity
What's the project?
We are working with a rocket-ship European scale-up that is completely revolutionizing how small and medium businesses handle communication. They build AI voice agents that pick up the phone so business owners never miss a lead and can focus on doing what they actually love. They are growing and have thousands of active customers.
As part of their European expansion, they are setting up a hub in Barcelona and need someone to help them with the Spanish market.
And your role in this?
You will be the voice, brain, and creative engine for the French-speaking market. This isn’t a boring role where you just translate old templates into French. You will have full ownership to build, scale, and adjust their presence through native-sounding content, creator partnerships, and localized execution.
More specifically, you will:
- Write and optimize high-converting French copy for the website, localized landing pages, and newsletters.
- Craft engaging, hook-heavy ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that actually get people to sign up.
- Hunt for, pitch, and manage regional French influencers and content creators to build authentic partnerships.
- Run the French-language social media channels with a fresh, consistent posting rhythm.
- Work closely with the global performance team in Vienna to give them the perfect local assets they need to scale ad budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
Ok, what should you bring?
We are looking for a Growth-Minded Storyteller who loves taking a project from an abstract idea to a final, polished launch.
The Essentials (Must-Haves):
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management (ideally in B2C, fast-paced E-Commerce, or dynamic startups).
- Native-level French and solid English skills to collaborate smoothly with the international team.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least two of these areas: ad scripting, social media management, influencer outreach, or website copywriting.
- An AI-savvy mindset, you know how to use AI tools creatively to speed up your workflow, way beyond just asking ChatGPT basic questions.
The Added Bonuses (Nice-to-Haves):
- Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, or paid social platforms.
- Experience marketing to business audiences or working within B2B SaaS environments.
