What you will do in this role:
Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge via incoming calls or emails.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Have a native level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Love identifying customers’ needs and proposing fast solutions.
- Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player.
- Having previous customer experience is a plus.
