What will you do?

• Manage the sales team and ensure team targets are met or exceeded
• Monitor and listen to sales calls, supporting sellers in closing deals
• Motivate sales representatives and drive daily performance
• Review daily reports and act accordingly
• Set daily targets for each sales representative
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and handle disciplinary matters when needed
• Provide daily feedback on one sales representative to the shift manager
• Handle attendance reporting at the beginning of each shift
• Open support tickets when required

Candidate profile

Fluent in spoken Swedish

• Proven experience in sales leadership or sales team management (mandatory)
• Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Strong team player with leadership capabilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and push performance limits
