Workster is partnering with a leading company in the field of business travel management, corporate cards, and expense solutions to recruit a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join their Lisbon-based Team. You will have a fantastic relocation package waiting to you to one of Europe's top capitals.
In this role, you will support corporate clients by organizing their travel arrangements – including bookings for flights, hotels, rail, and other travel services. You’ll ensure a seamless travel experience, assist with self-service tools, and ensure compliance with company and customer travel policies.
Work Model: Full-time – hybrid from Lisbon.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to corporate clients via phone, email, and chat
Assess customer needs and travel preferences efficiently
Manage complex bookings: flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, etc.
Assist with self-service platforms and travel apps
Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards
Follow global travel and compliance policies
Share feedback on service improvements and internal processes
Participate in team meetings and discussions on travel industry trends
Meet attendance and performance targets
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
Italian level C1 (spoken and written) and C1 English
Minimum 5 years of experience in business travel consulting (including flights, trains, hotels)
At least 3 years of experience working with a GDS system (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) – mandatory
Previous experience in customer service or contact center is a plus
Confident with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
Willingness to work shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 7:00 and 23:00)
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Professional and empathetic communication style
Additional language skills (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) are an asset
