Your Role:
As a Customer Care Expert, you'll be the go-to person for customers needing guidance and support. Your mission? Deliver outstanding service while ensuring customers get the most out of their device!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with device-related inquiries and provide clear solutions;
- Communicate across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) to resolve issues;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring a smooth user experience;
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up on unresolved cases;
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently;
- Stay up to date with product updates and features to provide expert assistance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Azerbaijani speaker with excellent English skills;
- Previous experience in customer support or tech assistance is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach;
- Ability to work remotely and adapt to flexible early/day shifts;
- Tech-savvy or eager to learn about personal devices and troubleshooting;
- Organized team player with a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
