For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support 
and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Help-Desk Representative with  Azerbaijani.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide professional first-line support to users via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience;
*Review and resolve user inquiries, reports, and account-related issues in accordance with company policies and procedures;
*Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary;
*Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, case updates, and resolutions in internal systems;
*Support daily administrative and operational tasks while delivering high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
* Good command of Azerbaijani, along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
* Interest in building a career in digital trust, online safety, or customer support operations;
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach;
* Ability to follow internal guidelines and handle sensitive or repetitive tasks in a professional manner;
* Previous experience in customer support, content review, or a similar field is considered an advantage, but is not required.

relevant experience;
