DESCRIPTION
- Serve as a brand ambassador, advise customers on hygiene, and birth control products
- Responding to inbound and making outbound calls regarding product enquiries and complaints (damaged product, poor quality, missing item in the pack) in both Hebrew and English
- Providing multichannel written support: e-mail, chat, and social media channels in both Hebrew and English
- Documenting e-commerce complaints logged on e-commerce platforms
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Remain polite, patient and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
- Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at high level of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language level: Hebrew C1/C2 (contact with the customers) + English B2 (language of the training and internal communication).
- Proficient in a variety of computer programs with the capability to learn quickly and apply new functions to daily work.
- Able to listen to understand, review, and provide solutions.
- High-developed communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
- Customer Service experience in an international, fast-peace environment (1 year).
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems.
