Danish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Start Date: 7th December

Salary: €1,350 gross per month, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months

What We Offer

• Monthly gross salary of €1,350, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months.

• Relocation assistance with two options:

Option 1 – Relocation Package

o €1,500 relocation allowance, paid 2–3 weeks after your start date.

o Candidates arrange their own flights and accommodation.

Option 2 – Flight Reimbursement & Accommodation Support

o Flight reimbursement up to €300.

o First month of accommodation completely FREE.

o Second month of accommodation available for just €100.

o Candidates arrange their own flights.

o If you stay for only the first month, you will receive a €300 refund.

o Early departure during the second month will result in a daily deduction from the €300 refund.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, live chat and email.

• Assist customers using public and private sector platforms.

• Troubleshoot technical issues relating to applications and websites.

• Support business account enquiries and liaise directly with the company.

• Direct customers to the appropriate departments.

• Escalate complex enquiries to relevant internal teams or external partners.

• Ensure customer queries are handled professionally and resolved efficiently.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Danish: C2 level (native or fluent).

• English: B2 level or above.

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday.

• Shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 21:00.

• Rotational shift patterns.
