✨ Your responsibilities
- General inquiries on car documentation (e.g. service history)
- Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall
- Details on dealerships
- Warranty coverage
- Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
- Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)
- Car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Your Profile
- German proficiency is mandatory and fluent English
- Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Being passionate about the automotive industry is a plus, but not mandatory
