Option 1: €1,262 gross per month.

Option 2: €1,059 gross per month, plus a private room in a shared apartment for the duration of your contract.

Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will:

Provide professional and friendly customer support.

Assist with account management and billing enquiries.

Help customers troubleshoot technical issues.

Explain streaming products, services and features.

Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements

Fluent in  Basque Spanish.

English proficiency at B1 level or above.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A customer-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

Confidence using computers and digital platforms.

Empathy, flexibility and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
