-Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat

-Assist customers with product-related questions and account inquiries

-Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions

-Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments

-Fluent in Dutch and English

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or content moderation is an advantage
