Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Athens, Greece
Salary: €1,150 gross/month | 14 salaries per year
Please note there is no relocation assistance.
Are you a fluent Italian and English speaker with a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and fashion?
We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens and provide outstanding customer support for a leading international fashion brand.
What You’ll Do
Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, from understanding their needs to answering product and inventory questions.
Assist with order and payment-related enquiries.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing clear and accurate solutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to second-level support when necessary.
Use internal documentation and available resources to provide accurate information.
Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and easy to understand.
Handle customer information and payment details accurately and securely.
Perform additional duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
Italian: C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
English: C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
A genuine passion for helping customers and finding solutions.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient.
Fashion-savvy with an interest in products and trends.
Experience supporting customers through phone, chat, and email.
Good knowledge of computers, internet-based systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
Adaptable and comfortable with changing processes and procedures.
Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to complete a background screening.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
